Wallet infrastructure for companies at scale.
Issue, update and verify Apple and Google Wallet passes through one API: membership, loyalty, ticketing and access control. No app to build, no complexity, live from day one.
Automation
Infrastructure built for AI agents.
Let your agents issue passes themselves. A native MCP server connects Claude, Cursor or any MCP client.
Bridge the gap between the agent and the customer wallet.
AI agents can already take the booking, run the payment and confirm the order, but the process usually stops there, because delivering the pass has until now demanded a complex infrastructure of certificates and signing. That is why agent workflows still end in an ordinary email. Walletap closes the loop: the ticket, the membership card or the access pass is in the customer wallet before the conversation with the agent is even over.

One platform. Every pass you issue.
One platform, one API, every credential your business issues.
Digital membership passes
Automatic handling of member tiers, renewals and expiry logic — with fast NFC verification in the field. Built-in subscription billing makes signing up new members seamless through Stripe Connect.
Loyalty programmes
Digital stamp collection, points systems and coupons with location-triggered offers. Reward customers at exactly the right moment, with centralised real-time tracking of every redemption.
Event tickets
Smart tickets supporting both classic scanning and fast NFC verification, enriched with seat details and a venue map, and reachable on the lock screen as the event approaches. Bulk issuance is available through the API or an AI agent.
Access and facility control
Digital passes for entering facilities and opening doors straight from Apple and Google Wallet, verified by fast NFC reads. Already in daily use across every site in the Pro-Gym network.
Ways to connect
Flexible integration shaped around your teams.
Four ways in. Pick one, or combine them — the API for your platform, an agent for daily operations, the designer for marketing.
REST API
Create, update, revoke and query passes at scale, with cursor-paginated reads. Issue up to ten passes in one call and have each delivered by SMS or email. Plain HTTP against an OpenAPI spec — nothing to install.
View the API reference →MCP server
Issue and manage passes in natural language inside your AI agent workflows and internal operations. The server applies exactly the same permission and security model as the primary API.
MCP reference →No-code designer
A visual template editor that pulls a brand’s identity straight from its own website, so marketing can ship a card without an engineering ticket.
Middleware connectors
Stripe Connect is built into the platform, so subscription billing and payouts work out of the box. Everything else connects through the REST API or the MCP server.

Issuance and verification are separate paths. Readers verify a pass that already exists; they do not enrol new holders.
Security & compliance
Ready for your security audit.
Local data storage (EU)
Customer data is processed and stored in the EU, and Walletap is an EU legal entity operating under European Union law. Where a pass has to reach Apple, Google or another sub-processor outside the EEA, that transfer is covered by EU standard contractual clauses.
Built-in data protection (GDPR by design)
Data minimisation on the pass itself, retention limits agreed in the contract, and a data processing agreement (DPA) available with the main contract. Pass and member records can be read, exported and revoked through the API; erasure requests are handled by our team.
Advanced access control
Role-based permissions (RBAC) and scoped API keys — every key limited to the exact permissions it needs, rotatable and revocable — plus an event stream recording every scan, verification and redemption.
High availability and reliability
The application tier runs in Frankfurt and data and background processing on Google Cloud in europe-west3. Service availability guarantees and support response times are defined in our enterprise SLA.
Verification layer
The pass is only half the story. The tap is the other half.
Most solutions on the market cover the issuance stage alone. Walletap brings issuing the pass and verifying it in the field together into a single platform and one synchronised event stream.

Readers
Supplied, configured and supported through Walletap.

Physical NFC fallback
Printed NFC cards on the same credential record, for members without a smartphone or sites with mixed populations. One system, two form factors.
Every scan is recorded — valid, invalid or out of hours — with the member, the reader and the time. Access, attendance and redemption data is available in the dashboard, the analytics API and CSV export.

Direct communication with nothing in between.
Reach holders where the pass already lives — on the lock screen, at the right moment.
- Driven by changes of state — Every activity (from adding a stamp and unlocking a reward to a tier change or a membership expiring) automatically generates a notification for the customer.
- Delivery at no extra cost — Updates synchronise in real time across every device the pass is installed on. The process needs no manual segmentation and carries no per-message fee.
- Shown in context — The pass surfaces proactively on the lock screen based on the customer location or an upcoming time slot.
Case study · Pro-Gym
From plastic cards to a tap at the door.

Pro-Gym
Pro-Gym replaced plastic membership cards with signed wallet passes across its Istrian sites. Members sign up online, pay through Stripe, receive the pass by link and open the door with an NFC tap. Two locations run with no staff on site.
The first gym chain in Croatia with fully contactless Apple and Google Wallet access.

Within a week. The integration work is AI-accelerated end to end, which compresses a full production deployment against your own systems into days rather than the month or more it used to take.
In the EU. Walletap is an EU entity; no third-country transfer mechanism required.
Walletap issues and manages them under your brand. On termination, passes and holder data are exported in a portable format.
A supported NFC reader at the point of verification, supplied and configured through Walletap — and in many cases none at all, since existing payment terminals can often verify without new hardware. The documentation lists the supported readers, terminals and protocols.
Physical NFC cards issue against the same credential record and verify at the same readers.
Yes, in the enterprise agreement. Uptime commitments, support response times and escalation path defined per tier.
Yes, through the MCP server. Same permission model and audit trail as the REST API.
